WinWholesale building two new distribution centers.
WinWholesale Inc. will build two new regional
distribution centers, one in Middletown, Conn., and
another in Aurora, Colo.
The new facilities — both more than 200,000 square feet
— will replace smaller leased facilities in nearby
communities.
The Moraine-based company plans to open the distribution
centers next year.
“Building larger distribution centers in Connecticut and
Colorado fits with WinWholesale’s growth strategy by
providing space to stock the breadth and depth of
existing and new products our locations need to grow
their business, and for the organization to expand,”
said Rick Schwartz, WinWholesale CEO and chairman.

facilities also will have office and training space.
WinWholesale also operates 200,000 square foot
distribution centers on Byers Road in Miamisburg, and in
Richmond, Va.
Total construction costs for the centers is $31.5
million. The Adkins Group is the general contractor for
the Middletown distribution center. A general contractor
has not been selected for the Colorado facility.
Winwholesale, a supplier of construction and industrial
supplies and materials, posted $1.76 billion in revenue
last year and ranked as the eighth-largest company in
the Dayton region, according to DBJ research.
