Source Refrigeration Selects Softechnologies and Kony to Deliver Versatile and Productive Field Service Solution.

Kony Solutions, Inc., the leading mobile and multi-channel application platform provider, and Softechnologies Corporation, a global workforce management solutions and professional services provider, today announced that Source Refrigeration & HVAC has selected the pair to drive a coordinated field service solution for over 600 field service technicians who repair and maintain mission-critical refrigeration and HVAC systems for customers throughout the US.

It was also announced that Softechnologies has become Kony's first Certified Training Partner for the Americas, Europe and Australia / New Zealand.

Driving Increased Field Force Productivity

Source Refrigeration & HVAC's new field service solution enables the company to broaden the types of devices its mobile technicians can carry, while streamlining field service from the initial customer call, through scheduling and dispatch, to work order provisioning and management. "Softechnologies has been an integral part of our success in automating our field service operations. Previously, Source Refrigeration relied on a mobility platform that limited the company's ability to push work orders, parts lists, route information, and alerts to its mobile workforce. By migrating its environment to the KonyOne Platform utilizing Softechnologies' professional services and field service expertise, Source expects to improve field force productivity by giving its technicians access to mobile apps and devices that are easier to learn and use.
