Grinnell Products to Showcase New Installation-Ready
Coupling at AHR Expo.
Figure 740 GRIP Coupling offers increased speed and
accuracy for joining grooved pipe.
 GRINNELL
Mechanical Products recently launched its new quick,
installation-ready grooved coupling, which it will
showcase at the International Air-Conditioning, Heating,
Refrigerating (AHR) Expo in Dallas, Texas. The GRINNELL
Rapid Installation Pivot-bolt (GRIP) Figure 740 Coupling
provides quick installation and an unobstructed view of
the gasket seal, the first of its kind in the market to
offer both of these benefits.
The GRIP Coupling is the latest in grooved coupling
technology. Installation is two times faster than
standard grooved couplings and ten times faster than
traditional methods. It is available in 2-inch through
8-inch sizes, and also features a high-performance EHT
style gasket that can withstand higher temperatures and
pressures than the GRINNELL Figure 772 standard
coupling.
