RSES Launches Certified Trainer Program.
RSES’ new certified trainer program is off and running,
after being launched in late 2012 during the RSES
Conference and HVACR Technology Expo, in conjunction
with the RSES Mid-Southeast Regional Association
Conference.
The RSES Certified Trainer program allows RSES to make
quality HVACR instruction widely available to those
working or conducting business in the HVACR industry.
The program provides high-quality training focusing on
safety and the improvement of operational and
maintenance competency in the HVACR environment.
Specifically customized to meet precise needs, the
program helps companies provide the best instruction
possible to their customers and employees.
Developed for businesses of all sizes — small to large —
the RSES Certified Trainer program gives businesses a
way to set up an effective and efficient training event,
either in-house or at a convenient location while giving
HVACR professionals the tools to increase productivity,
improve safety, maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
RSES Certified Trainers have demonstrated exemplary
skills and success in planning, developing, designing
and delivering effective training and proficiency in
making training more practical and
participation-oriented. Individuals are certified for
three years.
