EssentialsPro Mobile© gives them access to their
schedule and a whole host of information… including…
drill down for work order details; customer/site
address, mapping, phone numbers and dialing; equipment
model, serial number, install and warranty end dates,
service history, etc.
Techs
can add equipment, work completed, customer signatures,
etc. on the fly. Record start, pause and stop times and
sync back to payroll. Capture job site photos that are
automatically copied back to your server and attached to
the job record. Future releases will contain functions
for billing, inventory posting, job creation, lead
tracking and more.
The initial launch is available for Android© devices,
with iOS© support coming early this fall.
