new company Fedders Quigan Corp. has re-introduced the
Fedders Trademark in America, according to the
company CEO Sal Giordano III. Our Plan is to “Make
Fedders Great Again” here in America. New Fedders
USA will concentrate on niche air conditioning, heat
pumps and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products,
www.feddersusa.net. The company is seeking national
distribution for its products.
Fedders
Manufacturing Company was founded in Buffalo New York in
1896 and became a leader in the heat transfer business,
making automobile radiators. Fedders MFG merged with the
Brooklyn NY based Frank J. Quigan company in 1945. The
merged company was led by Salvatore Giordano Sr., who
guided Fedders into the room air conditioning business
in 1946.
