The SEER Group LLC Announces Acquisition of Marshall’s, Inc., Springfield, OR.

The SEER Group today announced its acquisition of Marshall’s, Inc. based in Springfield, OR. This is The SEER Group’s thirty-fifth acquisition since 2018 and seventh company in Oregon.

Marshall’s Heating and Cooling has upheld a legacy of quality service in Lane County for over 70 years, since its founding in 1948. Marshall’s is a full-service shop offering not only HVAC, but insulation, fireplaces, plumbing and more, serving both residential and commercial clients.
